Delenn and de teacher

I should have known that not everything was going to go smoothly at school. Delenn came home today a little disgruntled, waving a paper at me with a picture of a Native American and the letters "Ii" printed on it. (We are not Politically Correct at our school. Delenn is just so BRIGHT! That's cute. She's gonna be like me, most likely, letting teachers know that such a word is misspelled and really the fact is this. . .

However, for those of us that grew up with Dr. Seuss's ABC's, Big and Little are just fine, even if we know better. . .

Big A, Little A, what begins with A. . .

Do you have the tape, too? My sister and I had the book AND the tape with the song. . .so we'd SING it all. . .and the V very terribly just like on the tape. . .

oh my god that teacher will have fu nwith her, lol. yeah. i hope she can handle i tthogu hand not stay quasi-persistent wth stuff lie kthis or ther will be alot of weird frustration, lol!

She's already requested a parent-teacher conference...I hope that's just standard procedure for all kindergarteners and not something specific to Delenn.
