I asked around. That's not a service our avionics service center offers. It could have been an outside contractor. ;)

I have never had a more literally appropriate use for this icon! Whee.
If it sounded like the "technical problems" were also being attended to by, you know, technicians, it wouldn't be so worrying. I hope those were some really good goats!
