The big accomplishment of note for this weekend was my first homemade ravioli.

The results--we'll look at the bright side and say it was a valiant first attempt )

I'm glad I got it, it's been a cinch to make the dough and the fettucine once I got over the initial trepidation.

My only 'problem' is I'm a carbaholic and really ought not to eat that much of it. :) It's hard to resist!
