ANNOUNCEMENT: Making the migration
With the recent change to LiveJournal's hosting, the new TOS and it's strictures, I've decided to finally leave the LJ nest and move my posting host over to Dreamwidth.org. It's really weird, because I've been here since August 2001 (nearly 16 years).

Log into your DW account and go to this link:
https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/importer
Fill in the requested info, tick any boxes if you want to customize the import, the rest is automagic.
I also confirmed this morning (woohoo!) that if I use a 'custom access list' (custom LJ friends lock) on DW that's duplicated here, it'll automatically detect that and apply the same lock to the crosspost on LJ. Which may not be an issue for you, but is for me. :)
