So yeah. just finished the third week and we have only been doing Pinyin practice. Vocab starts *next* week. I got a 75% on my dictation test which was better than most of the class.

I don't think it helps that our instructor is from Taiwan, but all the online listening materials have a Beijing accent.

Sigh.

maybe I will come back and tell you if that makes sense at the end of the semester.
