Physical Therapy

I went to my first physical therapy appointment for my shoulders with "Dr. Jennie" on Friday. From the picture on her bio sheet, I knew she had to be young. It turns out she's only 1 month older than me...and totally adorable! PT can be amazing. I used to go for my shoulder and it was so helpful. However, I am a lazy slacker and stopped going b/c of money and stopped doing what I was supposed to do at home b/c I'm lazy.

I have a friend who has one of those tubes, and he loves it. I seem to have no end of difficulty with my back, so I'm really tempted to pick one up.

PT didn't work for me but i think my therapist had long since lost her zest for life. it must be a lot of fun for both of you to be so close in age.

I've been trying to visualize the thing with the tube, but I can't wrap my head around it. Nevertheless, I'm glad it felt so good!
