Is The Orphanage by a Spanish filmmaker? If it's the same move, I read a review that said it was extremely scary relying on cheap slasher tactics. Love that shit!

It's produced by Guillermo del Toro - the same guy who did Pan's Labyrinth, so it's got that same kind of feeling, minus the fantasy stuff. This involves ghosts and stuff, though.

I LOVED it. The end...happy, but not really a happy ending. Some really good scares, though. I recommend!
