Got into Skins while avoiding studying, watched the first season.
The show's brilliant! Too bad the seasons are so short. I adore the characters, they're all so wonderfully messed up! My favorites have got to be Sid, Chris, Cassie (she's lovely!) and Maxxie. Wish Effy had more screentime. Didn't like Tony at all (well, except his one-liners) until Effy, and I HATED the way he treated Michelle and Sid up until that episode.
Sid/Cassie are love! :) Wanted them to get together since the first episode! Also, I'd like to see more Chris/Jal, I really liked their chemistry in Chris. Although they had their moments, I never got attached to Chris/Angie. I don't like student/teacher relationships on tv shows because, let's face it, they're destined to fail (Pacey/Ms Jacobs from Dawson's Creek and Ben/Ms Young from Life as we know it come to mind). Liked Michelle with Chris, though he did turn out kinda crazy.
The finale was perfect! I didn't expect that bus AT ALL. Usually, I have a sort of sixth sense when it comes to a character on a tv show/movie getting hit by a vehicle, but I did not see that one coming! Hope Tony's going to be ok... I just started warming up to him...
