Moving

LJ wants to charge me $25 for another year and I'm just not into doing that for a site thats so hard to manuver and has been translated to Russian as its default. I want to go to dreamwidth. Is everyone on DW as their alternate? I still want to keep people, but seeing the names slowly get crossed off my flist and comms dying is so depressing.

Quite a few people moved. Most of the people I know in the flesh (UK, US, Can & EU) started migrating long before the move to Russia! I'm on DW as my default these days, but I have lost people I'd like to keep in touch with because of name changes and the like - my bad, to be honest :( I still check back here, though, because some people haven't moved and some are crossposting (and I really must check to see about hunting those down...)

Yeah, the communities don't seem to be transitioning or otherwise migrating, and if they are starting up on DW I'm out of the loop. Generally out of every loop going these days, tbh. Hohum, time to crawl back under my rock ;)

I'm on dreamwidth. I have nothing there yet, but I plan on eventually posting my fics and such there. Same name.
