I have good credit and qualify for a first time homebuyers loan. I, for one, could not be more startled.

We are still searching, but there are several possibilities...things look good.

I was surprised (read shocked beyond belief) to see our credit score when we bought our home. No idea our credit was that good. Good luck and remember to check it out carefully. Friend didn't have her attic inspected 'cause her inspector was too "big" to get through the opening. Turns out the A/C unit didn't have a drip pan (it's located in attic)and the mold and mildew up there is awful. My son is renting the place and has discovered that is the cause of the smell! She is having to have it fixed and it ain't cheap.
