Congrats, that is totally awesome! I've purchased my first home within the last 2 years and find that I spend a lot more time in home depot than I ever thought I would, especially since I'm not very handy. lol I have a small glassed in porch which I love with all my heart especially since it rains about 70% of the time around here. Yay! Glad you are enjoying it. Are you planning on making any changes right away?
