We started planting for the vegetable/herb garden today. It was bitwise's first excursion into starting seeds, which was probably more exciting for me than for him. My old apartment has become available again, as the new renter flaked out. If anyone wants a big place in NE with high ceilings, that stays cool in the summer (hardly ever need AC), on a surprisingly quiet street, with a good landlord, get in touch with me. Winnipeg Camping Passes
Due to a Ticketmaster screwup, my party has ended up with a Quiet camping pass in place of one of the Festival camping passes we need.
Does anyone know of someone who has a Festival camping pass they could sell me? Please put the word out, and give me a call if you hear anything promising.

I live in a very odd place: people put on shorts and t-shirts to walk, run, or bike around lakes that are still frozen, commenting all the while on what a beautiful day it is.
