Tessa p. I do believe that I am going to have to borrow that book and give it a thorough reading. Perhaps tonight with a nice warm cup of hot chocolate... to try and knock my circadian rhythm back into its place... yes indeed that does sound like a good idea... i'll see ya later on... p.s there has got to be better music that can be listened to.... =)
