Just so you know--diets don't work

I just thought I would share this. It is a meta study done of a ton of previous studies that concludes:

We just went over this stuff in my Nutrition class this semester. I found it hard to believe at first, but then I thought about it and did some math and such and I'm figuring it really can be true. I just need to be more active and include more fruits and veggies in my diet and see where that gets me.

This is true. I have always been a fan of the lifestyle change versus the diet, and even then it has to be a SLOW change. At least for me it does.

I also acknowledge that I need to move more, and am enjoying finding ways to do that.
