You can think I'm wrong, but that's no reason to quit thinking.

I feel smarter by reading truepenny's lj. Not that I understand all the English major and theater language, but!
I really adore both her books and her journal and general thinking about things.

Holy coincidences, Batman! (lol) Thanks for the link to truepenny's lj. I was surfing around Amazon just the other day and their magically mathematical recommendation system suggested I might enjoy her books, based on my eclectic buying habits. How funny that I would stumble across her lj through you. :)

oh Eva! you must oogle the kid seta I linked in the earlier post :)
Seriously, I just love her books to pieces. I've reread both of the two books that are out, and am leisurely picking my way through her numerous short stories (who can be a transexual vampire as a protagonist). The best thing is there are two more books in the series on their way. One out this summer, the next probably next year or so.

I'm afraid of being too enthusiastic, but she and Ellen Kushner are the two new authors that I just went "WOW" about this past year, and I became very picky after working at a bookstore for almost 2 years. *grins*
