You aint the only one! I have until January 31st so I think it will be ok. The houses in the neighborhood that have sat for 40+ days are the ones that are priced in the high 90s and lower 100s. Those are also the ones on West Drive, which are newer. Mine was built in '87. The way we did it was to say "as-is" (so that I dont have to worry about replacing the roof and carpeting) at 79,000....That number will probably be adjusted a little higher (like 81,900) when we get the pay-off figure in. There is one house, though, that was on the market for 6 days, sold for 84,000. So we know that we arent that far off the mark. With all the NOLA people officially moving to Prattville, they shouldnt have a hard time with it - Especially since they are receiving money for the storm and all...They wouldnt have to finance it for more to cover repair costs...
