Dad emailed me an update. He tested his blood sugar for the 1st time since he got the word from the doc. 304!!!!!!!! He said it was down 40 points....O....M....G!
Tomorrow, I start eating better and exercising....
No ifs ands or buts about it! Mine may be low but DANG! I am not going to get to that point if I can avoid it!
