It's the new millennium and nothing is new. Society is slowly slipping slopping down into the primordial soup, and the old goo rises and consumes us again. You seem to be doing exclusively look-at-society-from-a-bird's-eye-view stories recently. If you stringed them one after the other, you'd have one hell of a diatribe.

No, not from the book. Just a bit of babble I threw up late at night. I've decided the way I wanted to narrate the next part of the book isn't possible, so I'm trying to think of something else.
