Today I bought myself a music stand. A fancy nickle plated one. I'm feeling very grownup and snobby.

Aren't they just the best! It's weird how much difference having somewhere comfortable to put your sheet music makes!!!!

i got a $300.00 rebate on my tv (they had a price drop) so while in costco I bought

2 huge bags of chips
1 huge box of arrowroot cookies
1 Juno CD for my2 hour drive
1 book on Banting

i guess the arrowroots don't make me particularly grown up.

hahahaha! You really miss toronto...don't you? I went and picked up dewyintoronto's extra one last night for $60 flat. Good deal. It was still sealed in the box. Made a really nice smoothie this morning.

That figures. If it helps, the whole transaction took place in public. I never even got into her apartment.
