wtf? Has everyone in the dog park gone mad????? A scoop stike is not only stupid and only proves how iresponsible you are, it's detrimental to the health of every fucking dog in the park.

That's just gross. And surely illegal? Here, if you get caught not picking up your dogs poop, you get a $50 fine!

It is illegal. I'm not sure about the fines, we don't have enought bylaw officers to actually ticket people for it. But other dog owners will scowl and make you feel bad if you are stupid enought to not pick up. I usually approach them and ask if they need an extra bag. It usually works well without the snarkyness.
