i have no idea how people keep bikes in down town. its crazy. i was at a pub at church and carlton with a buddy and we were at the patio watching his bike. when we got there there was a guy who asked for a tool to "fix" the stand on the bike which was bcviously broken when this guy was trying to steal it. we didn't have a tool so he dumped. in about 20 mins somebody else came and stole the stolen bike!
