I hope you weren't talking about me or my friends.

Because if you were, you are so incredibly mistaken about our motivations that it's sad.

You are drastically putting words into our mouths that we never said, or even meant in that way. You are completely misrepresenting us, and I hope that's not actually what you think we're doing. The only reason you're twisting our words like that is because you disagree with us, which is completely unfair.

But then, that's only if you're talking about us. :-)
