I like to think that Ginny shops at secondhand shops (which we know even wizards have. Yay for Ron's dressrobes!! ... i should draw that next) and then decorates whatever she buys with buttons, paint, lace, badges, ect. She does it cause she's spunky. Probably spunkier than you.
