I did an illustrated review a couple of years ago when OotP came out, and now that HBP is here and gone, I've done the same! It's a HUGE image (geeze, it's a 1MB jpg file) so get ready for lots of scrolling. Also... please don't hot link this image? OMG XD Thanks for one of the most entertaining reviews of HBP I've read so far :D You rock, beautiful illustrations!

Thanks very much! :D I figure since i most people out there can write serious, insightful, and well-thought reviews way better than i ever could, i'd stick to what i'm good at... which is drawing stupid stuff at 3am :P

Honey, baby, cookie, sweety.
I remembered your OotP review, went to hpart where I was certain you'd posted it, and went through everyday after june 21st and couldn't find it. Your site doesn't have any of your hp stuff. So I was going crazy. I was going to leave a comment here asking for a link to the OotP one and whether or not you were going to make a new illustrated review, and you have!!! I'm so excited! I haven't even looked at it yet, I just started commenting because I'm so happy!!!

I'm pretty certain Snape's good, but you can't be sure. He doesn't have time to explain himself at the end, because he just killed Dumbledore, but maybe Dumbledore's portrait will explain Snape's position. Ay Ay Ay!!! Craziness.

Yay, i was hoping you'd be happy!! <3 (you're always so supportive and say the nicest things, so it i'm always glad when you like something i do!)

I totally had one of those moments "omigod, she WENT there!" when she mentioned the probity probe! I died!! And i don't know where the sock-stuffing came from... like i said, i always did the drawings late at night, so it was much funnier at 3am than it is now... but i thought that that was the real reason of why Harry is suddenly so popular :P

AND OMIGOD! I didn't think of that about Dumbledore's portrait being able to explain about Snape!! Oh man, i really hope it'll be able to! ... I felt sincerely betrayed and hurt when i read about Snape killing Dumbledore :o

*laughs* It was mentioned by Bill when he got out gold from Harry's vault for him... Ah! I found the passage:
"I got it out of your vault for you, Harry, because it's taking about five hours for the public to get to their gold at the moment, the goblins have tightened security so much. Two days ago, Arkie Philpott had a Probity Probe stuck up his... well, trust me, this way's easier."
(starts at the bottom of UK edition p. 105 and continues to 106)

I nearly died reading that part :))

I have never had the cogs in my brain that are devoted to HP turning as furiously as they are now about Snape... he is definitly a devil/saint in my mind as well, though now i'm having a hard time deciding which is the more dominant of the two!

Hehe! My gramma reads a lot of bodice rippers (which i adore teasing her about!) so mostly i just find them to be utterly hilarious... and some of the moony, fluffy feelings (as well as the snogging in secret corridors, haha) was starting to get a bit too fluffy for me... It reminds me of anime... where a ridicuously good character shows up and there are stars and flowers suddenly raining from the sky... As much as i do really like H/G, it seems to have that sort of cheeseyness to it :>

OH MAN. I so hope something comes from the Kreacher/Dobby! It could be the new H/D you know... i mean, how opposites attract would that be? :))

Hehe... there's nothing wrong with illy shoujo anime! It is a guilty pleasure i occasionally indulge in via my p2p program! (Utena is my favorite, with Fushigi Yuugi, Marmalade Boy, and Fruits Basket also occupying the other top spots... it's leftover from my jr. high love of Sailor Moon!) Well, although i don't really like H/D, there is some really fantastically written suff out there that has such a good story, i can't help but enjoy it!

And i think i'm going to tap a little picture of Snape into my dictionary next to the entry for ambiguous! Hee! And i must say... now i do enjoy Draco! I'm really curious to find out what will happen with him... I feel really bad for him... I hope he doesn't get killed by Voldemort... he hasn't exactly been a good guy up until now, but he doesn't deserve to be used and punished by Voldemort either :o
