Is a cat a problem?

Good question. I have a cat, and he seems to get along with male cats, but not so well with female cats. (although that may have been just the specific cats in his past)

As long as the cat is well behaved (doesn't scratch except designated scratching areas, doesn't pee on the carpet, and doesn't cause issues with my cat), then I don't see a problem with having a cat.
