With the advent of the Internet and Print On Demand, the abundance of bad crap is multiplying exponentially. Sure, there are a few books that do rise above mediocrity. However, all of those "bad" creators have become self proclaimed professionals... and any critisism warrents a brow beating of not being hip to their sublime subtleties. I can't bare to go to another Indy convention because the stench of pompousness is overwhelming. Which is not the usual aroma normally found at cons either.
