As y'all know I've been struggling with my weight since young..
I was FAT..wait, I'm still fat, haha! But from 79kg when I was 17, I've lost 18kg, so yeah I'm 61kg now. =D
From being overweight according to the BMI scale, I'm now placed in the normal weight level.
What did I do?
Nothing lah... I didn't do any exercise or diet..I just somehow got busy
