funny thing is, when I went there, I asked her to give me a copy, and she said there was a part in the app that I had to fill out and give to her and then she'd send both of them in...yet on the app i see no such section, so I have no idea what to believe now. Plus I'm thinking of doing it online so i can track the process easier.

she does NOT know what she is talking about- EVER! Just lock her down, get her to send it, OR- get it yourself in a sealed envelope and send it yourself (that is best), then make calls to make sure it get where it needs to go, she will fuck you over hard if you arnt really careful.
