I thought it was great....the kid is so quirky and funny...plus he is starting a new job and trying to figure out what his life will be like now. So I could really relate.

i want to come too.

i also want to see this movie. and i am going to start going to the movies alone. you are right. having another person there is pointless, unless of course you feel like having popcorn, but you forgot your designated popcorn money. then, that person can seem very useful.

So true. JP and I went to go see "Spanglish" the other day and it was packed, so at first we were bummed that we couldn't sit by each other. However, we soon realized you don't talk during the film anyway, so why care?

Okay, I can accept that going to the movies alone is all well and good, but who do you make the sarcastic comments and humourous observations to throughout the movie? Plus, its much more fun to make comments about said movie, especially when it is terrible, to someone sitting next to you. I've found this also helps dispell strange looks and being referred to as 'the crazy guy who talks to himself'

Woo Hoo! Now I don't have to find strange midgets with questionable methods of hygiene and strange candy that lets me talk to Santa to sit next to!
