Nick started off the night like any other. He spoke to Anna on the phone each making sure the other was up for work. He enjoyed how well things were going with her. Nick could see the lights outside, he saw the agitation on the bank robbers' faces. Only one's seen are the the three suspects.

Greg came up and looked at Anna, though he felt useless at the moment. "We know there's one dead, we just don't know the identity of who it is." His brow creased.

Her heart seemed to be in her throat. "Please don't let it be Nicky," she whispered. "Not my Nicky."

She swallowed her fear and turned to the Undersheriff. "What do we know so far, sir?"

Ecklie glanced at her going over what he'd found out. "From what I gathered. A few hours ago three men in masks went into the bank, shots were fired and they saw a man fall. Guessing Stokes stopped in for something, and just got caught in the middle of all of this. We haven't been able to contact them just yet." He watched her quietly.
