So, um... my opinion about this? I guess when you find out that your parents die, you probably manage to call your siblings before you shut down, but not your friends and probably not your aunt. And you wouldn't answer your sisters cell. I don't think Jensen's behavior is very realistic here.

I guess we all handle these sorts of things differently. Jensen's actions don't seem all that out of line with my experiences.

I just wanted to delurk and say wtf? I don't get why people keep leaving assy comments on your fic -- I didn't see that you were asking for concrit, so what's the deal? I've had to fight the urge to respond to the people who were complaining about your formatting, etc. I mean, really... this is a finished product, so they should just NOT read if the formatting is such a huge issue. And, as for the person who commented just above me... LAME.

Ugh, sorry! I just want to say that I am enjoying your fic and I don't get why people are giving you such a hard time!

Just thought I'd let you know that I've been enjoying this story so far...and just from my own personal experience, I think Jensen's reactions were very realistic. It's hard when you're the one person that has to call everyone and be strong all while you're falling apart on the inside and I think you wrote that very well.

Have just read from the beginning and I'm really enjoying. I love the way you dealt with Jensen finding out that his parents had been killed. I agree with a previous person who said how well you'd written it. I think that a lot of people go immediately on to autopilot about what they need to do before they crumble, hence the phone calls. Nice touch with Jared at the end.

Looking forward to more.

That was so sad for Jensen, Josh & Mac. Glad that they have so many people to support them in whatever they need.

I agree with the others about how people react over the loss of a parent or parents. You can never know for sure until it happens to you

Loved how supportive Coach Jared is. I think that Jensen really wanted him to stay

Off to read Part 9 now
