ya know when your running alot and people are like "omg im gonna die" or "i think im gonna pass out" or "jesus i cant breathe"...yea well i said those things.. and i wasnt kidding. We ran around the bases about 8 times in a row without stopping and taking no breaks.. it mite not seem to bad, but whens its humid and like 90 degrees out.. its scary

yeah yesturday i had field hockey...A MILE AND A HALF then lunges into a sprint 10 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was dead but finished good. humidity is going to drop soon i heard so good for us!!
