i'm not sure why when you spend HOURS updating all of your information with websites like careerbuilder and monster and michigan works, and you get a list of jobs to apply for and all of those jobs leads send you to their OWN personal job website, where you get to spend additional time entering in all of your information ALL over again ( Read more... )

SUCK! I hate that. It is ridiculous. You should just be able to upload your resume/CV and submit it to different employers!

Oh, I KNOW the feeling. It totally sucks. You need to get in touch with a headhunter/agency that will do that all for you. ;-)
