I'm so sorry you're feeling so down. If you ever need to talk, just e-mail me (amanda.leigh.fdlc@gmail.com) and we can make an AIM date.
Are you religious at all? Even if you're not... Maybe see if your local churches have these women's groups. Maybe someone can come out and help you out with housework and whatnot.
And, as far as the medical bills go, I wouldn't worry about them. What're they going to do, sue you? You can't get blood from a stone! Maybe filing bankruptcy would be something you could consider - then you could start over with a relatively clean slate.
I am sorry you are going through a rough time right now, it will get better soon. And you are not FAT at all, don't even think that. You are a wonderful mother, have 3 beautiful kids and a loving husband. As for bills don't worry about, everyone has them and they can not take blood from a stone. Sending hugs to your way, hope you feel much better.
Try not to be so hard on yourself. And if you have trouble with depression, 3 months after the baby you may have post-partum. Is there anything you can do about seeking counseling to help you find ways to cope better and not be so hard on yourself

I hate to hear that you are dealing with this. I struggled with this myself after having Serenity and have no other kids! Talk to someone at church (if you go) there are people around to help you out...maybe even try to join a moms group? ANYTHING to get some interaction with others who might be able to relate! *hugs*
