So today is license day. Both for me and Angela! It's so awesome! I feel so liberated that now I can drive without someone else in the car. Today, just to exercise my rights, I drove mom to work, dropped her off, then went to the YMCA. Worked out for a little, then drove home. Then went back to mom's work to pick her up ( Read more... )

Congratulations! I remember the feeling of driving alone-- I couldn't help but brag every day in my lj that I "drove to the store" or what have you. I felt sort of like a 2-year-old saying to a bunch of adults, "Hey guys, guess what, I walked today!!" But I digress.

You gonna get the Camaro?

No. I'm not getting the Camaro. I wish. We sold it already and now we have a Chrysler Pacifica. I don't get my own car untill I graduate. Doesn't that suck? Anyway, it still feels great to be able to drive!

Haha...he's complaining about a Pacifica. Sorry son, I wouldn't complain about a Pacifica. Just saying.

Have you learned the stick shift thing? Because it's really an essential thing to learn. You'll feel like you're cheating every time you drive an automatic.
