so I just had a master class with vicki clark. it was perhaps life-changing. she is incredible. she also told me that I had a great voice, over and over again, which was fucking sweet. she then proceeded to tell me that I use stock bad community theater gestures, and that I need to get in touch with myself and stop worrying about my audience,

an audition...it's through the shen musical theater project...eventually we're going to perform new works by yale students and get workshopped by her, and then do a public performance in the NYC library.
