i like the image you chose,but the doesnt seem to really match the icon,it seems out of place.maybe if you add a background to the text or something it will help ^^
The colours are nice, but the icon looks really plain, and not much seems to have been done to it. The lack of a border or some other effects makes the icon seem very incomplete.
The crop is wonderful but aside from that the icon doesn't look like there has done much to it. Some more effects would be awesome. It's just a little bit too plain here.
This icon is very nice, but I think the text is a bit unnecessary. I also find the cropping a little awkward. (Maybe you should have rotated it?)

The texture wasn't used well at all. I could barely make out the flowers. If you used the texture differently it would have been better. And the background blue is WAY too bright.
Reason: I like the icon, but I dont think you used the texture well. It seems kind of just dumped on there, and the colors are a bit strange.
i love the icon's colour scheme, however in terms of showcasing the texture ( the purpose of these lims ) the icon does a poor job.
Compared to the other icons, this one is plain. I like the coloring somewhat, but it seems that not much effort was put into designing it creatively. The blue is also a bit harsh.
Interesting crop, but the selective coloring is a little over the top.
Overall not a bad icon, but compared to the others, it looks a little lack luster and stands out less.

Interesting design, but more could have been done to spice out the image used, it isn't very eye catching and outstanding at the moment.
Greyscale has no depth, color is too randomly and looks unbalanced.
There doesn't seem to be much going on, and it looks really plain compared to the other icons. Also, the brush seems somewhat random, since there's nothing else on the icon.
Reason. Very plain. It should have some tiny text or something on it. Also, the lips should stand out more on her desaturated skin, so I would suggest making them bolder, maybe a red.

The colours are too dark, the image a bit pixellated. I like the colour scheme, but it's just too coarse.
Reason: I am really not a fan of the colors on this icon. I think it would ahve been much, much better if you hadn't used that strange orange and green on it. The layout of the icon looks very, very nice, but the colors ruin it.
I saw an icon kinda like this one before :O I love how you did everything to it (the right texture, presuming it's not from the original image? XD;) and the crop is nice, but the colours are kinda saoidjoif.
Reason.i don't like the texture on Yuna's face, and the color scheme is odd. Red, green, orange, and blue? ack.
i can see you really used the texture,but it makes yuna have this bright orange look on her and it doesnt look well.maybe if you try messing with some colors some more it will be great!:)

Critique:
The icon is too busy. Which is kind of strange since there's not a lot of extra stuff.
The texture looks bad in white, is pixellated and stark.
I like the text, though.
the texture doesn't blend well with the image because it seems pixel-y and oversharpened.
I think the texture isn't put very favourable. I don't see what the character does in the image because the texture is distracting me. So I don#t understand why the iconist has choosen "dashing" for the text. Also the texture has a lot of pixels which isn't pleasing at all.
