The offer is open to residents of Cook County, IL. I've often thought that the people who drive through my neighborhood with their loudspeakers cranked up were mad, but I hadn't considered that they might be suffering from rabies.
Heh. I copied that text straight from a flyer I picked up from the vet's office. I guess the little picture of a dog getting vaccinated helps with context when you're looking at the flyer itself.
Or maybe they are referring to those people who drive around blasting loud music from their car stereos. If so, I hope they get a lot of takers on the rabies vaccines. There seems to be an epidemic.
