I felt so bad for Hot Rod! I can't believe Soundwave made him feed in the command center in front of the Decepticons! While he's blind, deaf, and mute.

At least he gets a nice bath to feel better.

I just did; but there is more on the way, just so you know ;)
I also felt bad for Hot Rod when I first imagined and wrote the scene. Soundwave might care in some way, but he's still a Decepticon and is not a very tactful mech, and he wasn't about to just let Hot Rod alone until he was sure the Autobot wouldn't do anything too stupid. The bath is just a small way to make it up to him.
