actually, this post is just asking for themes, not prompts. the prompts are only for the winter holiday exchange. when i say theme, i mean more like what gestalt_love is doing right now with "Jealousy in the ranks" as the theme.
you're more than welcome to save the prompts for the holiday exchange, though. or if someone were inclined to give you an early gift, i wouldn't be upset at them. ^_^
With War For Cybertron and the issues of Ironhide that IDW is putting out right now, it'd be a pretty good time to draw some inspiration from all the background and origin info the fandom's getting, and do a challenge that deals with past events/actions and their effect on the present and/or future. Maybe, uuh... "A Century in Retrospect" or "The Things You Learn to Forget"
"The past" I'm talking could be pre-war, pre-earth, or maybe I dunno, yesterday or some thing. But it'd be pretty fun to read and write about- like how character relationships (platonic or otherwise) were broken/established, illustrations of events or actions that defined or shaped character/factions into what they are now- but yeah. How the past defines the present, and all that.
