you lived in Japan.. didn't they show random nudity even on commercials sometimes? i know in Germany even like a commercial for body wash on one of the british stations, they had just showed a pregnant woman bare chested. It's only the Americans who take public nudity as obscene.

Old people nudity when they showed Schindler's List... I guess they're just lenient if the show is historical (err...mythological). But was it broadcast TV (aka the main networks) or a cable channel? Anyway, I remember nipples when we watched Citizen Kane in Drama at school.
