A joke that too accurately describes my life these last several months...

"I'm so busy, I don't even have time to talk to myself."

I wouldn't be so busy if I didn't lose two to three days a week being bedridden, but thank G-d I have a few good days a week to rush and try to catch up with everything that I missed getting done on my bad days
