[mechanic on the phone]  "Yes, we replace water pumps.  What kind of vehicle is it?...  Ok, sir, but what kind of minivan?"

[girl about my age talking to her mother]  "Can they actually clock you if your speedometer doesn't work?... I'll just tell [the cop] that the speedometer's

sometimes i doubt my smarts and then people like this come along and make me feel great. they are always good for a laugh.

also, i hope you're doing well. i haven't seen you in a while :( we should hang out soon if you're not wicked busy all the time. (i'm still job hunting, so i have a super free schedule :/ )

I'll be home Sat 8/2. My parents will be just getting back from Wells Beach, and I'm sure they'd appreciate it if I were out of there way for the afternoon so they can unpack, so we could do something then, or breakfast Sunday... or both. And I promise I won't get a nasty migraine this time ;)
