So I really like the
three sentence fic-a-thon caramelsilver has going on over at her journal. It's fun, there's a ton of fandoms represented, and a lot of prompts that haven't been answered yet. So go fill or post a prompt.
Dresden Files; Harry/Murphy; whipped
"You know, the White Court would skin me alive if I told you that and they ever found out," I pointed out, scowling.
Murphy smiled. "Yeah, but you're going to tell me anyways."
Naruto, Kakashi/Iruka, Welcomed annoyance
"I'm sorry to bother you again," Iruka said sheepishly, "but I wanted to check and see how Naruto's training went today."
Kakashi looked at his book wistfully for a moment, then at Iruka, and smiled, before putting the book in his pocket.
"Come on in, I don't mind at all."
Naruto, Naruto/Gaara, The same but not
In two villages, in two separate lands, two young men prepare for the day; one listens to his advisors on issues facing his village, while the other makes his way to a training ground to meet his friends.
"Some day," Gaara thinks, "I'll not just be respected as Kazekage, but I'll have friends, like Naruto."
"Some day," Naruto thinks, "I won't just have friends who like me, but I'll be Hokage, too, and be respected by the whole village, like Gaara."
Supernatural, author's choice, blue
Sam rolled out of bed, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, and pulled on his clothes, intent on finding somewhere to get some coffee before he had to get back to his research. He opened the door, stepped outside and stopped; for some reason, the sky caught his attention, shining that perfect shade of blue you only saw in movies, complete with fluffy white clouds and singing birds.
The fact that, after all the crap he and Dean had been through, after everything he personally had screwed up, the sky could still look so...pretty, gave him the teeniest, tiniest bit of hope that maybe they could still come out on top.
Supernatural, author's choice, white
"Hey, how about this one?" Sam asked, holding up a suit for their latest job.
"White's not really your color," Dean answered.
He'd seen Sam in a white suit - it wasn't something he ever wanted to see again.
