sweet on the sueing part. my friend re-ended me in a ford excursion because she's kind of dumb but i love her. so she totals my car but the insurance paid to have it fixed, ever since then it hasn't ever worked right and b/c her dad didn't want her in the "big car" anymore they bought her a new red sporty thing and i get my old jetta newly assembled from other jetta pieces. i get fucking frakenjetta

HAHAHA! Frankenjetta! Awesome new phrase. I just hope that it's all one color in the end, that way it doesn't look like the Partridge family bus. 'Cause that... is just embarrassing.
I originally thought that my car was totaled. I bought it for just under $7,000. I have only made one payment on it. I've had it for 2 months. The damage: $5,003.26
Damage on her car: She claims her front bumper, but when I got out of my car right after being hit (originally, I considered going to her door and fucking screaming at her, but then decided I would probably have just ended up making things worse) I saw no damage to her huge, american tank of a gas guzzling car. Go figure.
