What I learned today is that it is possible to knee yourself in the face. Now that takes talent and a little stupidity, the stupidity being letting go of the polevault pole when I was upside down causing myself to land on my neck in the foam and get hit in the face with my own knee. That just so happens to really hurt, kind of felt like getting
