I have to admit, I'm kind of in love with this Gustav. He's like a Grumpy dwarf mixed with a dash of Prince Charming and a side of the Prince from Cinderella whose name I can never remember. I'm so happy you enjoyed this -- thank you!

I laughed straight out at the sight in the coffin - still breathing - and the yells from the little person saying "I'm not a doctor, I'm a miner!" And the chaos when no one thinks about opening the coffin. The little men are so funny oh my god, one fainting with pure excitement.
Glorious Snow Bill is so glorious indeed! I love the idea of him trying to carry the weight of the jewels/gems he stole, naughty bastard. And vain of course - hair products and can't help being so beautiful, huh! And so bitchy! HAHAHHA. omg when Gustav had to hold Bill back from the candy house. Just SO FUNNY and lovely and oh dear. Gustav shook him, just to stop his hysteria, then shook him again just because it felt good. Sorry, I am LOLing here! HAHAHHHAAH.The children in the house! I was scared there for a moment ( ... )

I've been enjoying writing Gustav since I started writing TH fic. He seems so stoic and not flashy like the twins, but I think he has some sort of wild streak hidden under all that. I'm so happy you liked the balance between him and the twins here! *hugs*
The fangirl dwarves just kind of happened. I always thought the dynamic in Disney's Snow White was kind of weird between Snow White and seven little men, so I just kind of let them run with it. And, you know, who wouldn't want to keep Bill locked in their cottage all alone. *cough* I actually was trying to figure out seven TH-affiliated men to imagine them as, but I came up short, so I just named David. And then that thought set me off howling in laughter. xD ( ... )
