Groups of friends don't have to be just guys, or just girls, remember. What you're saying can change when your core group has both sexes.

Friendship itself is a lost ideal in the modern world; and it has nothing to do with such complicated things as romantic relationships, though this may have been set off in response to a situation of that sort. Mostly, friendship itself has deteriorated because, to be ridiculously simple about it, humanity has grown lazy. People are no longer willing to put the effort into being in an active relationship with another person, a loving, caring, respectful, honorable relationship with a friend. Well said Kaly. And this isn't a universal. I wrote this because one of my real good mates from back home asked me to write one after stuff happened back home. So I did.
