This girl made me an icon but its too big to put as my livejournal picture... does anyone here know how to make it a smaller gif size or whatever? Otherwise i cant use it and i really wanted an icon of my son saying "momma loves you" somehow.. and this was the closest.

i would but my computer s hella gay..and saves it as a BMP and not a gif so i cant even see the animation :(
