Is that several frames? Or are you using color cycling?

It is several frames fading in. I am not even sure how I did it! LOL Trial and error and experimentation, just as I taught myself to use Photoshop.

Don't have Paintshop Pro, I was surprized I even had ImageReady!
I hope to learn to use it better.
